Return Policy

General Return Conditions:

In order for a return to be accepted, it must meet the following conditions:

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
  • Electronics must be returned in their original condition, with all manuals, cables, and components included.
  • Houseware and décor items must be undamaged and in resalable condition.
  • Footwear and apparel must be unworn, with original tags and packaging.
  • Food and beverages are non-returnable unless damaged or defective upon arrival.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Defective or Damaged Products:

  • If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage due to a deviation from factory specifications, we will gladly offer a full refund or replacement.

However, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for products that are:

  • Purchased from sources other than Vivre Lifestyle Boutique.
  • Damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper storage (e.g., exposure to heat, moisture, chemicals, or physical impact).
  • Used for purposes other than their intended function.
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food or beverages) that have been opened or consumed.
  • Digital items or gift cards that have been activated or redeemed.

To ensure a smooth and secure return experience, please follow the steps below:

Contact Us First
All return, refund, or exchange requests must be initiated by reaching out to Vivre Customer Service via Chat or Email.

Provide Required Information
To process your request efficiently, please include the following:

  • Order Number
  • Reason for Return
  • Supporting Images (e.g., product photos, packaging, delivery confirmation, or any visible defects)

Validation & Approval

  • Our Customer Service team will review your request to determine eligibility based on our return policy.
  • If approved, you will receive an update and instructions for drop-off.
  • Return via LBC once authorized, you may return the item to your nearest LBC branch using the provided LBC Return Code. This service is free of charge for eligible returns.

To protect our customers and uphold the integrity of the brand:

Unauthorized Returns: Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted or processed. 
Fraud Prevention: Vivre reserves the right to decline returns that show signs of abuse, repeated claims, or inconsistent information.
Documentation Requirement: All return requests must be supported by clear and verifiable documentation. Incomplete submissions may result in delays or denial.
