• We are using Consegnia Logistics as our main courier service.

• We are not able to deliver to out of serviceable areas and restricted zones such as camps, ports and airports. Please contact us via Chat and let our customer service team verify your address.

• Our courier delivery service will call you to check if you would like your parcel to be left at a secure location of your choice, or you will receive an email/SMS to reschedule the delivery.

• Once you hand over your return to our logistics partner, it typically takes 2–7 business days to reach our warehouse.

• We need to receive and inspect your returned product(s) first to ensure they meet our Return Policy conditions. Once verified, we’ll process your refund promptly. If the items don’t meet the required criteria, we won’t be able to accept the return or issue a refund.
